Antioxidative and anticancer effect of flaxseed protein hydrolysates
Flaxseed meal has recently gained increasing interest as a source of proteins and other bioactive compounds with positive impacts on human health. Peptides obtained from flaxseed proteins showed bioactivity and thus deserve further assessment of their antioxidant and antitumor activities.
