The atmospheric boundary layer model characterized by power law exponent alpha = 0, 22 is generated in the boundary layer wind tunnel in the scale 1:500 using Counihan method. The generated atmospheric boundary layer model in nature is the result of air flow over suburbs with low family houses and trees. The boundary layer structure is determined on the velocity measurements and characterized with mean velocity profile, turbulence intensity and turbulent Reynolds stress. The uniformity of atmospheric boundary layer model in longitudinal and lateral direction is examined in the part of measuring section, which is used for experiments on building models. The generated atmospheric boundary layer model agrees very well with conditions in nature. It is uniform in the part of measuring section, used for experiments on building models.
