Morphological Complexity as a Predictor of Lexical Development

According to the fact that languages differ in their morphological complexity, it stands to reason to question if there is a correlation between the morphological complexity and lexical development of any particular language. In order to answer these questions the data from early language acquisition in two morphologically different languages will be presented.
