Assessment of lead exposure by dietary intake in pre-school children from Zadar County, Croatia
The results of the investigation present an estimation of ingested lead levels in pre-school children's daily meals and refer to the quantity offered in the nursery only. Average lead concentrations determined in the duplicate portion samples per season (expressed in μg/kg food) were: 2.38+/-1.33 in winter, 3.41+/-2.21 in spring, and 3.25+/-1.22 in autumn.
