Unusual long duration of outpatient epidural analgesia with tunneled epidural catheter in metastatic pancreatic cancer.
We reported here a 61-year old patient with metastatic pancreatic cancer who was treated with TEC at his home for 16 months. The course of the disease was furthermore complicated approximately a year after beginning of epidural analgesia with thrombosis of right external iliac vein, femoral vein and popliteal vein.
