Grothendieck Group of an equivariant Derived Category

Let G be a topological group acting on a topological space X. Let k be a field. Denote by Sh_G(X) the category of equivariant sheaves of k-vector spaces on X, and by D_G(X) the bounded equivariant derived category. We show that the Grothendieck groups of the categories Sh_G(X) and D_G(X) are naturally isomorphic.
