The first (?) Croatian probabilistic article
It is eviedfet that the article M. Kiseljak, "Aritmetičko-algebarski problemi iz teorije izbrojivih vjerojatnosti (Arithmetisch-algebraische Probleme aus der Theorie der abzaelbahren Wakhrscheinlichketien)", Rad JAZU 219(1918), No. 63, 26-55. in one of the first Croatian scientific articles published in the area of Probability Theory. The article has been surely wrtieen under great influence of Emmanuel Czuber. The Sušak born Kiseljak, a professor on the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Zagreb was William Feller's professor in 1924/25 schoolyear, teaching him Mathematics I-IV. Was Kiseljak the first who influenced Feller to become one of the most exceptional probabilists ever?
