Generalized Skew Derivations Implemented by Elementary Operators
Let R be a semiprime ring with the maximal right ring of quotients Q_mr. An additive map d : R \to Q_mr is called a generalized skew derivation if there exists a ring endomorphism \sigma : R \to R and a map \delta : R \to Q_mr such that d(xy)=\delta(x)y+\sigma(x)d(y) for all x, y \in R. If \sigma is surjective, we determine the structure of generalized skew derivations for which there exists a finite number of elements a_i, b_i \in Q_mr such that d(x) = a_1 x b_1 + ... + a_n x b_n for all x \in R.
