Exergy Analysis of Saturated and Superheated Water Vapour
The paper deals with calculation and diagram of the specific exergy of saturated and superheated water vapour in the chosen environment condition p(ok) = 1 bar and T-ok = 273.15 K where the specific enthalpy and entropy of water h(o) = = 83, 64 kJ/kg and S-o = 0, 2963 kJ/(kgK). Only positive and zero values are shown on the e, s-diagram, with definite temperatures as parameters, except for the temperature theta = 6, 98 degrees C where negative exergy values prevail. Exergy values are calculated from the known function relationships h = h(p, theta) and s = = s(p, theta) of superheated water and the known fuction relations for the saturated area. Maximum exergy values as local extreme values have also been calculated for some temperatures. As these functions of specific enthalpy and exergy are in a complex connection with pressure and temperature, the problem of the local extreme and zero exergy value either, are solved by an appropriate numeric procedure. The complete analysis has been made by own FORTRAN computer program.
