Two topics are disscused : (1). Two phase synthesis procedure for Multiple Criteria Decision Making is proposed. It consists of design generation in affine space and design selection in metric space using concept of nondominated designs. (2) It is suggested that sensitivity analysis should be the standard part of design procedure yielding robustness atribute for each design. It also identifies influential and noninfluential design parameters. Fractional factorial experiments are suggested as a tool to obtain sensitivity information.
