Machine Surface Quality by Speed Milling

Cutted surface quality have important role in functionality and exploatability of machine parts. Wear resistance, rigidity of the butt joint, corrosion resistance and strength of the machine parts are dependant on geometrical and physical-chemical properties of cutted surface . In chip removal forming processes, properties of the cutted surface are changeable during cutting, because of tool wear, so the cutting process have to be stopped before the quality of cutted surface enter the acceptable ranges. By high speed cutting tool wear is faster, but with proper tool material selection and with proper cutting condition adjustment, it is possible to reach optimal size of pro-ductiveness with minimal tool wear.
