Maintenance of the Reqired Pressure in Air-Conditioned Rooms

Physical quantities influencing the change of pressure in a room will be analysed in this paper. Solutions satisfying the required room conditions (gauge pressure, sub-pressure) will be analysed as well. Using an analytical method, the process of calculating the required quantity of conditioned and exhaust air in dependence of the construction elements characteristics, will be given. On the basis of a model, the calculation for determining components, which contribute to the maintenance of the required state of the room pressure, will be given. This paper will deal with the analysis of the systems for controlling and maintaining the required pressure in air-conditioned rooms. Starting from this analysis, solutions with elements of automatic control of the required room pressure maintenance will be presented. In addition to this, solutions for the required room pressure maintenance, in the range from simple to complex models, will be presented.
