A new analytic fuzzy logic control synthesis

Abstract - As the input variables of fuzzy control systems we usually chose control error e(k), derivation of control error é(k), and previous control variable u(k-1), while the output variable is a control u(k). We formulate control FAM rules by associating output fuzzy sets with input fuzzy sets. For example: IF e(k)=MP AND é(k)=SN AND u(k-1)=ZE, THEN u(k)=SP. So the main problem in the synthesis of fuzzy controllers is to define control FAM rules. In this paper it is shown that there is a possibility to design FLC’s without any fuzzy rule base.
