Heat Transfer in the Fluidized Bed at Superoptimal Fluidization
Experimental results of measured data on realized heta fluxesand corresponding heat transfer coefficients at spiral tube coil probe submerged verticaly to a fluidized systemof quartz and pure air are presented.During the experiments, the fluidized bed was operating in the superoptimal range of gas velocities.This means the coil probe is only partialy submerged into the fluidized bed at rest, so fluidizing gas velocities above the optimum value have to be applied in order to engage the upper parts of the probe in the fluidization heta treansfer conditions.The experiments have been carried out with two awerage sand granulations: 0,358 and 0,630 mm.
