Ergonomic analysis of lumbar spine mechanism model
Low back injuries are very complex, and in most cases they are related with intervertebral discs, and possible reasons could be overexertion during physical activity or wear and tear during years. Knowledge about what happens in lumbar spine during physical activity could proof crucial in preventing those injuries. This study aim is to design model and provide possible explanation of lumbar spine mechanism response to the assigned task. Model is thought to be universal, so there are no values. Our findings are compared with conclusions of Cholewicki et al, 1999; Cholewicki et al, 2000; Hodges et al, 2001; Gardener-Morse et al, 1998; Cresswell et al, 1992. Hypothetic lumbar spine mechanism model have implication on further studies on low back problems.
