The satisfaction of pupils and students with the e-learning classes
The e-learning is one of the forms of distance education, and the teaching is carried out online. According to some interpretations e-learning is a part of a continuum, where technology is initially present as a teaching tool, which should eventually replace traditional forms of education. With this research we have tried to examine the satisfaction of pupils and students with the e-learning classes they have attended. The research was carried on the sample of 28 examinees – 4th form primary school pupils, who studied a curriculum unit in mathematics with the help of online teaching materials, and of 67 students who were in the process of mastering MS Producer by means of e-learner teaching tools. Having completed the learning programme, the pupils and the students were asked to fill in a questionnaire about their satisfaction with such a form of teaching. The results of the questionnaire were worked out by methods of descriptive statistics. The adoption of teaching subjects with both pupils and students was verified by a number of tests. E-learning education has proved to be as much efficient as traditional teaching.
