Deformation properties of high-strength structural bainite H-75 steel
In this paper the deformation properties of high-strength weldable structural bainite H-75 steel are presented in depandance on the conditions of thermomechanical treatment. The subject of observation was low carbon (C ≤ 0, 10 %), low alloyed with Mn, Cr, Ni and Mo and Nb-microalloyed steel. Mechanical and technological proporties after thermomechanical treatment and air-cooling are as follows : R ≥ 600 MPa R ≥ 750 MPa A5 ≥ 16 % Z ≥ 50 % and K ≥ 40 J/cm2. The termomechanical treatment was carried out a torsion plastometer and by temperature below 1000°C, can influence the steel deformation properties to a large extent. The final microstructural conditions fine grained microstructure and properties ensure high mechanical and technological properties of the examined steel.
