Electromagnetic modeling of Multiple Wires Buried in a Lossy Bround
An Arbitrary number of coupled wires of finite length buried in a lossy earth are analysed ba means of the scattering theory. The mathematical model is based on the set of the electric field integral equqtions (EFIE) for thin wires. The EFIE set is handled via the Galerkin-Bubnov boundary element method (GB-BEM) and the currents induced along the wires due to the transmitted plane wave excitation are obtained
