Politološko-pravni aspekt mita u Republici Hrvatskoj - Teorija i praksa (2002-2010. godine)
The theoretical part of this article defines the most common corruptive criminal offences, offences of bribery. Croatian Penal Code contains the following criminal offences of bribery: accepting (art. 347) and offering (art. 348) a bribe, accepting (art. 294a) and offering (art. 294b) a bribe in economic business operations and illegal intercession (art. 343). The analytical focus of the article is on the act of accepting and offering a bribe. The author studied the proceedings related to criminal offences of bribery in Croatia in the 2002-2010 period. Similar acts in economic business operations are new criminal offences in the Penal Code and, for that reason, there is not enough court practice material for their comprehensive research.
