Vpliv prilagojene košarkarske vadbe na motorični razvoj 6-9 letnih otrok

Basketball instruction and training begins with the program of mini basketball which involves 6-10 year old childre. The program is specific in that it adjust to each child's abilities. The sample of research consisted of 95 boys ages 6 to 9 involved in the program of mini basketball. For the purpose of this survey two variables (motor abilities) were isolated from the research and analyzed separatly: coordination and flexibility. During 9 months the results of the test for assessing coordination of children in the major group (children aged from 8 to 9) statistically positively varied, while in the minor group (children aged 6 to 7) no significant differences in result were achived. The test for assessing flexibility during that period did not show statistically significant progress. The major changes of the plan and program will be directed towards analyzed segment of children's motor development. All adequate programs tend to be improved through constant observations and analyses in order to achieve maximum effect.
