Fibrinolitici

Thrombolytic, or cloth-busting drugs are used for destroing the fibrin and split the trombus. These drugs are administered, preferably in the early treatment of heart attacks, embolyes and thrombosys. Most important current thrombolytic drugs are :streptokinase (Streptase) and alteplase (Actilyse). The use of thrombolytics is not permited by endogenous bleeding, aorte disection, cardiopulmonal revive, trauma, neoplasme inside the head and during the pregnancy.
