Sensitivity in Data Envelopment Analysis for Arbitrary Perturbations of Data

Sensitivity analysis in data envelopment analysis is studied for the additive model for arbitrary additive changes of all data that ppreserve efficienca of an eficient decision making unit. In particular, the case of the decrease (increase) of outputs of efficient (inefficient) decision making units or/and the increase (decrease) of inputs of eficient (inefficient) decision making units respectively, for which efficiency of an efficient decision making unit is preserved, is considered. Sufficient conditions which preserve efficiency of an eficient decision making unit under changes, of all data are developed for these cases. In that way it can be found out how to change ooutputs or/and inputs while preserving efficiency of decision making units. An ilustrative numerical example is provided.
