Der Verlauf der Kalzium-, Phosphor- und Magnesiumkonzentration bei Milchkuhen Wahrend der Laktation und in der Trockenstehzeit
Plasma concentration of calcium, phosphorus and magnesium were measured in 120 holstein cows during lactation and drying-off period by commercial kits on Helios gamma UV visible spectrophotometer, Thermo spectronic, UK. Animals were devided in four groups (in the first groups were animals from 10 to 45 days of lactation, in the second from 46 to 90 days, in third from 91. til the end of lactation, and in the fourth group were dry cows). There was significant increase in plasma calcium during lactation period and drying - off period (P<0.01). Plasma phosphorus concentration declined during the lactation period (P<0.01), and increased in drying - off period in comparison with second and third lactation period(P<0.05). Lactation period and drying - off period was characterized by a relatively constant magnesium level in plasma of dairy cows.
