The relationship between day of the week and daily reports of sleep schedule, mood, minor symptoms and daily activities
The study examines day of the week effectc in affect, sleep patterns, physical symptom reports and daily activities. The sample of 58 undergaraduates completed self-reports twice a day over a 4 weeks. Weekends were associated with more relaxing situations, a later sleep schedule, fewer symptoms, more positive engagement and less tension than on weekdays.
