Symptome prevalence in patients with gastrointestinal cancers : before versus after chemotherapy
The aim of the study was to compare symptome prevalence in patients with gastrointestinal cancers before and versus chemotherapy.We compared the most common symptoms and its intensity (mild, moderate, severe)after each cycle of chemotherapy.Before cht pain was the most common symptom, and after second cycle of platinum based protocol fatigue became the most common.Conclusion : with good analgetic therapy and with palliative effect of cht pain become good controlled symptom and fatigue remain as a therapeutic problem.
