Control Rolling Process of Microalloyed Steel Grade QStE 380 TH
The aim of present work was to determinate qualitatively, and to evaluate, the effect of rolling parameters on mechanical properties of microalloyed steel grade QStE 380 TM. The control rolling process parameters were used to modify the initial state of austenite structure, e.i. the shape and grain size prior rolling deformation process of steel in nonrecrystalized temperature region. The final ferrite-pearlite structure characteristics of steel were influenced by the strain variation in second pass reduction in nonrecrystalized region and by different coiling temperatures. The effect of deformation condition in nonrecrystalized temperature region resulted in obtaining the different level of mechanical properties of microalloyed steel related to ferrite-pearlite structure characteristics.
