The exact proof that Maxwell equations with the 3D E and B change their form upon the Lorentz transformations

The covariance of the Maxwell equations (ME) is one of the cornerstone of the modern relativistic field theories. In this paper it is exactly proved that the usual ME with the 3-vectors of the electric and magnetic fields, E and B respectively, change their form upon the Lorentz transformations (LT). They do not change their form upon the standard transformations (ST) but, as shown here, the ST actually have nothing in common with the LT. The Lorentz invariant field equations are presented with the abstract tensors, the 4-vectors Ea and Ba. All quantities in these equations are defined without reference frames.
