M-shell X-ray production cross sections of Tb, Ho, Tm and Lu for protons of energy 2–6 MeV

Experimental proton-induced M(alpha+beta)' M(gamma), M(2)N(4)M(3)O(1, 4, 5) M(zeta) and M(total) absolute X-ray production cross sections for the elements Tb, Ho, Tm and Lu in the incident proton energy range between 1.97 and 6 MeV are presented. The obtained results for X-ray production cross sections are compared with the existing experimental data and with predictions of the PWBA theory.
