Black and White Image Recording Using Holographic Memory Effect
In this paper black and white image recording using holographic memory effect is presented. different black and white images are use as objects for digital hologram construction. Each black and white image is treated separately during the digital hologram construction, but all of them are recorded on one holographic plate. Given hologram represents combination of all images. Digital hologram is constructed using composition of asherical waves. For the purpose of visualization, hologram is quantified on 256 levels (greyscale hologram). Hologram is reconstructed and each reconstructed image is compared with original 2D binary image. Given results showed very good reconstruction, which means that different black and white images can be recorded on one holographic plate, and later reconstructed without significant information loss.
