Improvement of Enterprises Business Operations through Quality Management According to ISO 9001 : 2002.
One of the fundamental differences between the models of restoring quality system ISO 9000/2/3 : 1996 and model ISO 9001 : 2000 lies in the kinds of determination. ISO 9001 : 2000, in addition to starting determinations (strategy, quality policy and goals of quality) requires also the defining of mission and vision of the enterprise. In the paper are given missions and consistency of mission, vision, strategy, policy and quality goals in the enterprise. In dependency of the level of achieved consistency will also depend the market position of the enterprise.
