The Integration of Quality of the Catering Product in the Attractivness of a Tourist Destination
The goal of this study is the integration of quality of the catering product, a very complex product, carried out in the elaborate business process. Since it is the matter of undetermined product and the quality which is of priority at present, the objective of this work is the shaping of the model for the integration of quality of the catering product. For the shaping of the model, the common methodology method is used within which determined is the quality and the management thereof, defining thereafter the catering product and process by which it is accomplished. By applying the model for the integration of quality of the catering product a positive results are expected in catering and tourist destination, which is shown in the study.
