Reading Comprehension
The thesis deals with practices in reading comprehension development. The theoretical part of the paper highlights reading as one of the language skills and presents the practices in developing this skill. The practical part of the paper discusses the results of the questionnaire which was administered to a representative group of learners. The aim of the questionnaire was to discover learners' experiences and attitudes towards different types of behaviour in developing reading comprehension. The results are discussed and the practices that seem to promote better results in the development of this skill are pointed out.
