Abstract: In the multiple synthesis and photosynthesis were prepared some new substituted dihydrothieno[2', 3' : 4, 5]thieno[2, 3-c]quinolin-6-ones (9, 10, 11 and 12) from corresponding new anilides (5, 6, 7 and 8) and tetrahydrodithieno[2, 3-b : 2', 3'-d]thieno[2'', 3''-c : 2'', 3''-c']diquinolin-6, 14-dione (17) from corresponding dianilide (15). All prepared compounds are of particular interest, because they could serve as intercalators on DNA in anticancer therapy.
