Physical design of information systems integration process
A method of integrating separated information subsystems of business system in a single information system is described in the paper. The problems of an integration process are analyzed as well as the problems of an integral and uncoordinated information system. For successful integration, the process of planning a data model is important. On the basis of an integral data model, it is possible to construct an integrate process. New activities of a phisical design are being introduced as new activities of MIRIS methodology. This work shows an example of certain methodolog expanded in order to become applicable on integration process.
