E-Service Quality in E-Tourism Globalization: A Conceptual Framework
Research into service quality issues in e-commerce is still in its infancy. There is a need to gain a better understanding of consumer evaluations of e-services and to identify suitable determinants of the e-service quality in tourism environment. The present research develops detailed conceptual framework of such e-service quality and its determinants.
