Thermally stimulated currents and Raman spectroscopy of TiO2 intercalation electrode for Ag/AgI/TiO2 thin film cell
The polycrystalline films of TiO2 prepared by the chemical vapour deposition method have been studied by thermally stimulated currents (TSC) measurements and Raman spectroscopy. Thin films had been thermally annealed at 500oC, 800oC and 900oC, in atmospheres of H2, O2 and N2. These electrical and optical measurements have revealed the connection between oxygen nonstoishiometry and enhanced conductivity occuring after hest -annealing treatments in non-oxidizing atmospheres (H2 and N2)
