Strategic Marketing Efforts in the Management of Catering Subjects
It should be concluded that, regarding the practice so far, our catering firms have been far from accepting the modern marketing conception of business operations. These firms have paid insufficient attention to the market, particular marketing functions have been carried out partially and with many imperfections and some of these functions have not been realized at all. Also, it is almost impossible to find examples of marketing planning. This paper therefore emphasizes the presentation of a concept of marketing strategies planning according to the phases of the life cycles of catering products as constituent parts of tourist products.
