Du cardo au "nathrex" de la cathedrale : contribution a l'etude du developpement du groupe episcopal de Poreč
The excavations 1994-1999 have shown that the first cathedral already possessed a nathex, with an exedra to the north, using a part of the antique cardo ; the 5th century vestibule was rectangular in plan and extended in front of both three-aisled, "pre-euphrasian" churches ; the northen part of the nathex retained its plan and fonction in the "euphrasian" 6th century phase, between the un modified "pre-euphrasian" north church and the newly-built episcopium.
