Evaluation of applying fuzzy factors to the knowledge elicitation techniques selection
This paper presents a combination of well-known factors that influence the knowledge elicitation (KEL) technique selection with psychological factors, which are considered as fuzzy. Also, additional elements that influence on their determination are proposed. This approach to the KEL technique selection is implemented in a rule-based application with fuzzy reasoning that gives a list of ranked techniques as a result. Application results were evaluated against results obtained according to prior knowledge of subjects in this field.
