Dosimetry and densitometry of pulsed fields
Dosimetry of electromagnetic fields in the radiofrequency part of the spectrum is a discipline oriented to determine the amount of absorbed energy in an object exposed to electromagnetic fields. Densitometry encompasses external field measurements. Due to the fact that it is not possible to measure the induced fields inside the living object directly under the exposure conditions, the dosimetry and densitometry are closely related.
