Correlation between microstructure and soft-magnetic properties of FeCuNbSiB based alloys
In this work the influence of different heat treatment on the crystallization behaviour of two different soft magnetic alloys was investigated using different techniques: TEM, HREM, EDS and STM. The microstructural studies have been correlated with the results obtained by means of X-ray diffraction, differential calorimetry, thermogravimetry analysis under magnetic field and VSM measurements.
