Many sport participants regarded fun or enjoyment as a primary motivation for sports participation. It seems that children experiencing the flow as well as adults. The study didn't confirm gender differences. As the enjoyment is one of the most important reasons for children's involvement in sport, further research of flow occurence across range of sports is required. By identifying the psychological factors that enhance, inhibit, and disrupt flow, consultants and coaches may be better able to help athletes achieve optimal performance. Ability to attain flow during sport or exercise participation can increase an experience to higher levels of enjoyment and achievement.
