Some aspects of self-destructive behaviour in forensic psychiatric inpatients

Selfdestructive behaviour is considered to be an impairment of physical integrity of different values that finds its sources in manifestations of psychopathological entities or in various intensities of external burdening when self-destrucitev dispostions of personality are activated.Predicting self destrucitve bahaviour remains very difficult, due to the dynamics of psychotic disorder and the overlapping of some aspects of self destructive bahaviour between both groups of inpatients.
