Influence on Overall SC Power Plant Efficiency and Possibility of Their Further Development
The working potential of heated air is related to the ground level turbines on solar chimney (SC) power plant. Influence of different air state changes in the collector on the available working potential is analysed in this paper with respect to overall SC plant efficiency. Analysis is performed for conventional solar chimney (SC) power plant. It is shown that chimney efficiency in the SC plant can be derived from the more general theory. Air temperature and moisture rise in the collector are analysed as influence parameters on the chimney and overall SC efficiency.
