We have shown that distribution of cells among lymphocyte population in the mouse spleen has been already affected after single administration of AdTPs. Two stereoisomers of adamantyltripeptide showed a different in vivo effect on mice spleen lymphocytes. Percentage of total T-lymphocytes (CD3+) was decreased, particularly subpopulation of cytotoxic T-lymphocytes (CD8+), after i.v. administration of AdTP2, but not with AdTP1. After i.p. administration of tested compounds, AdTP1 increased percentage of T lymphocytes (CD4+ and CD8+), while AdTP2 increased percentage of total (IaK+) and activated (CD23+) B-lymphocytes. PGM showed the same effect as AdTP2 in all experiments. Different effects of two tested stereoisomers (AdTP1 and AdTP2) on mice spleen lymphocyte should be further evaluated.
