Manufacturing Execution System For Continuous Casting

The aim of this work is to present the design of a practical software application system for monitoring continuous casting workflow that prevents mould shell surface breakout. Moreover, the system should be able to issue a sticking warning every time there is a high probability for sticking between mould shell and surface of the molten steel controlling more than one working line simultaneously and recording the process in the background.
