How to teach the physics and technics aspects of metrology?

The criteria for teaching the metrology are recognised, and the basic approach to the measurement is pointed out. According to the elements of General and Applied Metrology, the curriculum of courses covering the field of Electrical Engineering and Computing are presented, for study programs adapted to Bologna declaration.
