Analiza nekih temeljnih kvaliteta nastavnikova djelovanja izražena kroz procjenu učenika i studenata
A sample of 3225 pupils and students from 12-20 years of age were offered a scale of answers in order to research into their attitudes regarding their psycho-health culture teachers as specialists, pedagogues and cultured persons. By basing it on both the statistical analyses and the variance analysis it was possible to reachthe following conclusion: The elementary school pupils expect their PHC teachers to know more about their profession and have greater possibility for their pedagogical and humane activities. The secondary school pupils think tha in addition to more efficient pedagogical activities their teachers should possess a greater knowlegde of their profession. The students expect then to have a through knowledge of their profession and a certain level of communication. It is evident that a greater number of teachers (about 50%) are well accepted by both pupils and students, while about 10-12% of teachers do not possess the analyzed components of their personality to a degree that could satisfy both pupils and students. The results of the researches suggest that their attitudes and opinions regarding their teachers should be seriously taken into consideration.
