On Solutions of the General Lagerstrom Equation

The behaviour of certain classes of Cauchy solutions of Lagerstrom Equation is considered on R. It presents the respective sufficient conditions which grant a certain behaviour of some classes of Cauchy solutions. The results obtained refer also to the approximation and asymptotic behaviour of solutions as wel as to the corresponding boundary value problems.
