Modulation of hepatic microsomal enzyme activities in chickens by two infectious bursal disease virus vaccinal strains
Two commercial attenuated vaccines against infectious bursal disease modulated the activities of 5 tested phase I and phase II biotransformational microsomal enzymes.The presence of viruses in the tissue was established by RT-PCR. Data confirmed that in the first postvaccination week chickens are prone to chemical stress.
